Returns Policy

  • Unopened goods may be returned within 28 days for UK based customers
  • Unopened goods may be returned within 28 days for International customers
  • Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. Please allow 5 working days for the refund to be processed. Please note that this does not include the cost of the delivery.
  • In some circumstances, your delivery charge may be refunded, for example, if your entire order was faulty or incorrect, or if your order has been cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • If goods are damaged, soiled, show signs of wear and tear, or returned without original labels they will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to you.

Welcome back! All I can say is, what a year it’s been already! Finally, things are looking up, we can start moving forward and hopefully continue taking baby steps towards normality, with the main priority being everyone’s safety. In light of the restrictions easing Bliss are proud to announce the launch of a brand NEW ProTan & Fiesta Sun Preview Catalogue.

I’m really excited about this catalogue because it feels like the beginning of a fresh start. A fresh start for everyone here at Bliss, and a fresh start for the entire industry. It signifies a preview of what’s to come, and I really hope that whatever happens this year, it’s positive.

The 2021 Preview Catalogue is made up of our best-selling lotions, old and NEW. We have so many new creams and amazing money savings package deals, we can’t wait to see what everyone thinks! One range I just have to rave to you about is the ProTan Beaches and Crème line! We have three new additions so there really is something for everyone; Beaches and Crème now have an Ultra Rich Black Bronzing Butter, and Ultra Rich Sizzling Hot Tanning Butter and a Fast Absorbing Ultra Rich Dark Tanning Gelee! With five luxurious lotions this line is becoming a firm favourite. Did I mention there is also an amazing Beaches and Crème Intro Kit?!
