Returns Policy

  • Unopened goods may be returned within 28 days for UK based customers
  • Unopened goods may be returned within 28 days for International customers
  • Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. Please allow 5 working days for the refund to be processed. Please note that this does not include the cost of the delivery.
  • In some circumstances, your delivery charge may be refunded, for example, if your entire order was faulty or incorrect, or if your order has been cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • If goods are damaged, soiled, show signs of wear and tear, or returned without original labels they will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to you.
  • Electronics are not eligible for return or exchange unless the device is in its original packaging and condition.
  • You are responsible for adequately packaging your returned items.

The sun is (finally) beginning to shine and so is our new directory for 2013/14. Launched this week and available to view online now, we are extremely pleased to report that you'll find  a whopping 161 exciting new products inside that we've sourced from all over the world.  This means that we're bigger and better than ever and able to give you the freshest brands on the market. Whether your customers prefer a fiery-hot tingle, a super dark bronzer or even if they just like bright and funky packaging, they'll have plenty to choose from this year and the Bliss team are here as always to give you all the info on each and every one (plus we'll let you know what's on our own most-wanted list too!)...

Our sunless tanning section also pulls together an extensive collection of expert spray tanning outfits who offer professional equipment, solutions and retail items suitable for every occasion and budget. After all, with so many brands on the market choosing the right brand for you can be overwhelming. This year we've made it an even bigger priority to stay on top of the sunless trends so we only ever offer a portfolio of quality products and great all-round service.
